Lawn Sprinklers Services
Maintenance Plan A - $525
This is our premium plan. It includes our 30 point spring startup inspection, as well as a winterization service for your irrigation system. It also includes three service calls during the season to make your sure your Irrigation system is operating correctly all season round.
Maintenance Plan B – $375
This is our most common plan. It includes our 30 point spring startup inspection as well as a winterization of the irrigation system. It also includes one free service call during the hot summer season to adjust timing and check all equipment
Maintenance Plan C – $250
This plan is our basic plan. It includes only our 30 point spring startup inspection as well as a winterization service.
Monthly Maintenance Plan - Varies
This plan provides a monthly routine checkup of the site. This plan is to keep your system running at optimal performance all summer long. Please call for a custom quote of the property.
New York State Backflow Test and Report
Starting @ $100 for local residential customers $150 minimum for commercial devices
*Includes filing all paperwork and removing violations with the water district.
*Suffolk County Water Authority customers will have different pricing
*BSI and VEPO Online Customers will have an additional surcharge
Spring Startup Service - $155
Includes activation of all electrical and water sources. This service is a 30pt inspection of all equipment for proper operation. Programming timer and adjusting sprinklers heads as needed is included. Remove any dirt or debris surrounding sprinkler heads. Pricing is for 6 zones or less. Property sizes ¼ acre or smaller. Larger property sizes and irrigation systems will differ in price.
Rain Sensor or Weather Sensor Testing and Report – $100
Perform testing of rain sensor and generate report for the water company.
Service Call - $150
*Includes Arrival and the first half hour of labor and or troubleshooting for the irrigation system on site.
Sprinkler Evaluation and Report - $300 per hour
Long Island Lawn Sprinklers will provide a review and audit your irrigation system. We will show you all of the equipment and how it operates. Additionally, we will create basic design a basic design with flow rates. We can then identify improvements and ways for your system to irrigate more efficiently.
Winterizations – Starting at $125
*On or after December 1st a surcharge will be added for renting compressor equipment to bring to the property.
